Good Stuff: organic sweet potato, organic whole milk cottage cheese, organic whole wheat flour, organic pasture raised eggs, avocado oil

Nutrition: High Protein, Fiber, Vitamins C, A + B6, Calcium, Potassium

Texture: Intensely moist and delicate with a little bite to it

Taste: A hint of cinnamon and fall spices in the muffin with a brown sugar crumble on top

Size: Petite muffin. Somewhere between a mini and full size muffin
