We accept a small amount of custom orders per month. It really depends on the timing. Reach out on our contact page and we'll do our best to let you know if we are available ASAP.

Yes! They freeze BEAUTIFULLY. Simply stick the whole package in the freezer and take out muffins as needed. You can thaw the whole package or just one muffin at a time at room temp (1.5hrs to thaw) or microwave for 15 seconds.

We have a list of ingredients and allergens on the product page for each muffin. But also, if you have allergy concerns please reach out to us on our contact page and we would love to help guide you to what flavors are best for your family.

The muffins range from 95-125 calories and 4-9g of sugar per muffin depending on the flavor. We hope to offer exact nutrition in the future.
